Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

It is a traditional form of Yoga that has endured the ages.

Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Restorative Yoga

A nurturing and healing practice for the mind, body and soul. With the use of various props, select poses are fully supported with as little effort as possible, promoting deep relaxation.

Poses are complimented by Pranayama (breath work) to enter into a sustained restorative calm that will leave you as refreshed as a day at the spa!

Yoga Tune Up® & The Roll Model®

An innovative scientifically based approach to Yoga and all movement that embodies movement with mindfulness.

Self care is learned through the use of The Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, body and breath awareness as well as anatomy and alignment principles.

Most of all it is a fun, safe and interesting way to get Fit and Well…… for a Lifetime!
